Flexible blade guard for total safety.
RSI-reducing ergonomic handle (less pressure on the wrist due to angle).
Food-safe and detectable magnetic stainless steel-Teflon blade. 0.1 mm thick. All four 4 corners of the blade (numbered from 1 to 4) should be used for optimum lifespan.
Blade composed of minimum 13% chrome in compliance with the 13 January 1976 decree (decree more stringent than European standards).
