Description
The rectangular food scoop 70 cl is a weighing, transfer and scraping tool designed for professionals in bakery, pastry, catering and bulk distribution. Selected by Gilac, it is made of food-grade polypropylene and fits into a color-coded HACCP method. Its flat bottom allows precise weighing on a scale and scraping the bottom of containers or mixer bowls. Its ergonomic perforated handle makes it easy to hold and hang. Finally, it withstands professional dishwashers thanks to its polypropylene construction.
