Description
This food thermometer offers high measurement accuracy thanks to its stainless steel probe. Designed for professional use, it withstands the demanding conditions of commercial kitchens. The IP67 certification ensures total protection against dust and water immersion. Recalibrable and ergonomic, it is the ideal tool for reliable temperature control!Note: not compatible with induction cooktops.
Wide temperature range: from -40 °C to +230 °C
Probe length: 80 mm
Stainless steel probe: resistant to corrosion, humidity, and high temperature variations
IP67 certification: total protection against dust, waterproof in case of temporary immersion (up to 1 meter deep for about 30 minutes)
Recalibrable: can be readjusted to restore original accuracy after extended use. Manual 0°C auto-calibration button located on the back of the product
Wireless: for improved handling and hygiene
Power supply: LR44 1.5 V battery (included)
Protective case: rigid plastic case for safe probe storage
