Description
The Santos No. 50 professional centrifugal juicer is designed for juice bars, restaurants, hotels, ice cream parlours and caterers. It extracts juice from fruit and vegetables by centrifugation, at an output of 100 litres per hour. Pulp is automatically ejected into a removable 7.5-litre container, allowing uninterrupted operation. Its extra-wide 79.5 mm feed tube accepts whole apples and reduces preliminary cutting. Its 800 W induction motor keeps the noise level at 65 dBA, making it suitable for front-of-house use. The bowl, basket and lid can be removed thanks to the Ezy-clean system and are dishwasher safe. The appliance is made in France by Santos and selected by Gilac to complete its range.Technical specifications:
