The Paul Bocuse Institute was the first school that we entered into a partnership with in 2007. The Paul Bocuse Institute trains decision-makers in the hospitality, catering, and culinary arts trades. In thirty years, it has developed a unique ecosystem of initial training, research, vocational training, and retraining for people wanting a career change. 1,400 students from 72 countries study on ten international campuses.

From degree-level to PhDs, its teaching is based on an experiential pedagogy focused on project management, the revelation of talents, the entrepreneurial spirit, and creativity. Its international strategy is based on an educational hub created with the world’s best schools and universities and its network of 4,500 alumni living in 80 countries. It was the first private higher education institution in Hospitality and Catering to be recognised by the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research, and Innovation; it offers four State-approved degree courses in management; and it is the only school in France to have a starred training restaurant, a 5* hotel-school, and a research centre which, through its scientific work, contributes to teaching quality in a forward-looking vision of hospitality trades. 

The Paul Bocuse Institute’s teams and chefs use our products and provide us with feedback on the implementation of culinary excellence and a detailed assessment of the use of our containers in situ. By giving students our containers - made in France, designed for professionals, and meeting all food safety and hygiene standards - to work with, we hope to support them as best as possible in their future trade.
