Description
Chopping board in HDPE, 2 cm thick, Ideal for intensive use.
Excellent resistance to abrasion and high temperatures.
Multi-purpose and easy to clean. Does not retain odours from the food cut on it
Its smooth surface limits knife marks and allows the blades to slide well
Each board comes with a bag of 6 HACCP pellets to differentiate uses by food groups and avoid cross-contamination. The pellet in the desired colour is to be slotted into the board. Note: once clipped it is not possible to remove it easily, its use is designed to be dedicated to each board.
